Our client, owners and operators of stunning global hotels and leisure operations in gateway cities, is seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to focus on pre-openings and special projects. To be based in amazing Hong Kong, you will report directly to the Group General Manager of Human Resources, being responsible for operational and project related Human Resource activities globally.
With strong leadership and influencing skills, you must have a proven track record of driving business excellence at a regional capacity. This role requires the skills of a strong Compensation and Benefits Manager, as well as an all round HR generalist.
You will possess strong communication skills and have the proven ability to build and manage key relationships within the organisation. Your ability to understand the needs and demands of your staff whilst being able to establish employee retention strategies are required in this role, with a strong focus on delivering improved outcomes on employment trends. You must have excellent organisational and planning skills, as well as demonstrate high level of business acumen.
